We know that university life includes building friendships and connections, and that sometimes, having friends stay over is part of the fun! That’s why we’re offering free sleepovers to returning students:
2nd-Year Residents – Enjoy 2 free sleepovers during the academic year.
3rd-Year Residents – Get 4 free sleepovers to use throughout the year.
Parking Discounts
Need parking for the upcoming year? We’ve got you covered with great savings for returning residents:
2nd-Year Residents – Receive a 10% annual discount on parking fees.
3rd-Year Residents – Benefit from a 15% annual discount on parking
2024 Reservation Discounts
Returning Students:
- No Deposit Required – Your deposit from the previous year rolls over, making the process even smoother.
- 50% Off Registration Fee – That’s a savings of R700 for returning students when you register in November!
New Students:
- Early Bird Discount – 50% Off Registration Fee – Pay half of the registration fee as your reservation for 2025, valid until 31 December 2024.
- Full Deposit Required – Secure your place by paying the full deposit.
Priority Room Selection:
- Both returning and new students who register in 2024 will receive priority in room selection for 2025! Lock in your preferred space before it’s too late.
Oct – Nov 2024 Reservation Discounts
Returning Students:
- 50% Off Registration Fee + Additional Benefits – Sign up during this second phase of early bird registration to enjoy half off your fee and exclusive benefits.
New Students:
- 25% Off Registration Fee – New tenants who register from January to February 2025 will receive 25% off their registration fee. Please note, the full deposit is still required.

- Full Registration Fee + Benefits – Returning students registering in this period will need to pay the full fee but will continue to enjoy our exclusive returning resident benefits.
New Students
- Full Deposit and Registration Fee – Secure your spot by paying the full amount.
NSFAS Funded Students
- R1000 Fixed Deposit + R1400 Registration Fee for single rooms – We’ve made it even easier for NSFAS students who do not wish to share, same great discounts are applicable.
- Pay Zero Deposit + R1400 Registration Fee for Students who share a room with a buddy – Bring a buddy to share a room and pay no Deposit! (Registration Fee still applies).
Bonus Bundle Offer for Sharing Units
- Bring a friend to share your unit, and you can split the registration fee! Discounts still apply, making it an affordable and convenient option.
Upfront Payment Discount
- Pay upfront and enjoy a 2.5% annual discount. Get even more value for your money when you plan ahead!
